POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Field Canvassers to join our nationwide team. In this role, you will engage directly with voters, educate communities, and mobilize support for our clients’ campaigns. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for individuals passionate about politics, social impact, and grassroots organizing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with voters in-person, door-to-door, or at events to educate and inform on campaign issues or candidates 

• Collect and report data accurately using provided tools and apps 

• Follow campaign scripts and materials to ensure consistent messaging 

• Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful presence in the community 

• Meet daily/weekly canvassing goals as assigned by campaign leadership 

• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting 

• Comfortable walking for extended periods and engaging with diverse communities 

• Reliable transportation to assigned canvassing locations 

• Passion for political engagement, grassroots organizing, or civic participation

COMPENSATION

• $22–$26 per hour, based on experience and performance 

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by campaign events 

• 1099 contract position 

• Travel expenses covered for out-of-state campaign assignments
