POSITION OVERVIEW

 We are seeking motivated, organized, and experienced Field Leads to manage and support field canvassing teams across the country. Field Leads will supervise and train Field Canvassers, coordinate on-the-ground operations, and ensure that campaigns run efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for individuals with leadership experience in grassroots organizing or political campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of Field Canvassers, providing guidance, motivation, and support

• Conduct training sessions and briefings for new canvassers 

• Oversee daily field operations, including door-to-door canvassing and events 

• Track team performance and ensure canvassing goals are met 

• Maintain professional and positive engagement with voters and community members 

• Collect, report, and review data accurately using provided tools and apps 

• Serve as the primary point of contact between campaign leadership and the canvassing team 

• Ensure all team members follow campaign scripts and messaging

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of experience in political organizing, canvassing, or team leadership 

• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment 

• Comfortable walking for extended periods and engaging with diverse communities 

• Reliable transportation to assigned canvassing locations 

• Passion for political engagement, grassroots organizing, or civic participation

COMPENSATION

• $26–$30 per hour, based on experience and performance 

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by campaign events 

• 1099 contract position 

• Travel expenses covered for out-of-state campaign assignments
