Mia Ridenour

CALL TIME MANAGER

Mia has been involved with political organizing since 2019. The first five years of her experience consisted of both administrative and strategic roles for interdisciplinary, nonpartisan organizing efforts, which advanced progressive policies at local, state, and national levels. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, she spent the 2024 election cycle organizing a rural, red county in Pennsylvania for an incumbent member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. Here, thanks to a successful canvassing campaign, she and her volunteers were able to maintain the candidate’s eight-point lead in a county that experienced an eight-point loss at the top of the ticket.

Since then, she has moved to D.C., worked as an immigration paralegal, has nearly completed her graduate certificate in Health Policy & Regulation, and joined Sole Strategies as a Call Time Manager. Now, as she begins working on The Hill, she will apply a newly enriched, expanded skillset to her work for Sole.

Mia’s experience with political organizing, legal settings, and academia have honed her organizational, communication, and research skills, which enable her to bring both order and impactful insight to political campaigns. She is grateful to play a role in Sole's mission of helping progressive campaigns secure their paths to victory; to empower candidates as they drive our nation toward a brighter future.
